From the moment you enter our showroom, we are dedicated to ensuring that
you receive the highest level of customer service.
All our kitchens and bathrooms are surveyed by our very experienced staff to ensure that the installation goes as smoothly as possible. How much is a new kitchen going to cost me?
The price for a fitted kitchen, whether large or small, can vary
considerably depending on your budget, what appliances are required and the
amount of tiling or flooring involved. Whatever your budget, we believe we
have a range of products to meet it. How long does it take to order a kitchen?
It generally takes 4 - 6 weeks to order and receive the kitchen. What is involved in the free planning and design service and is it 'no obligation'?
The design of a kitchen is such an individual process that it is best done
by an initial visit to your home by one of our designers. During this
meeting you can discuss your general requirements, lifestyle and design
preferences and we can get a real feel for what you want in a kitchen. Is it better to have a solid wood door instead of a wrapped door?
The quality of our vinyl and foil wrapped doors is now so good that
durability is not an issue. Price and appearance now tend to be the main
consideration. What else does Kingshotts of Dorset do?
We can arrange for all your extras such as tiling, flooring and ceiling
coverings to be done at the same time using the same experienced installers.
What guarantee do you give on the products you use?
We provide the full manufacturers guarantee. A full five years on parts
(excluding appliances) and 12 months on labour. Because we are local, we
will look at any problems even after 5 years. We offer both a rigid system and a flat-pack system dependent on budget. Do you arrange fitting and tiling?
We have teams of fitters who work almost exclusively for Kingshotts of
Dorset clients. They are able to handle plumbing, gas and electrical work,
plus all carpentry and tiling requirements. Can I put my fridge behind a furniture door?
No. Unless it is an integrated fridge designed for the purpose, it will not
work, as the heat build up will be too great. However, there is a huge
choice of integrated fridges available at very reasonable prices and also
integrated dishwashers and washing machines. What height are the wall units you provide, as I want maximum storage?
We have several heights of wall unit to accommodate most ceiling heights and
customer height. The storage in the tallest unit is 60% more than the
storage in the smallest, but the price is only 30% more. |
